- 10 month plan for puppies and kittens (this is usually started at 2 months of age)
- Unlimited wellness visits – sick or problem visits are not included
- All vaccinations as deemed necessary by individual patient risk assessment
- FeLV and FIV testing for cats – up to two per contract period
- Screening blood and urine profile (Minichem, CBC, Urine Specific Gravity) – once per contract period
- Intestinal parasite testing – twice per contract period
- Includes five monthly heartworm AND flea/tick prevention doses
- Unlimited nail trims
